Visiting Hours and Rules

  • Visiting hours in our health facility are between 12:00 / 14:00 - 19:00 / 21:00.
  • Any items brought by the visitors may be searched for the safety of patients and employees in case of necessity, and unacceptable items will not be allowed to be taken to the services.
  • Control of compliance with the principles of patient visits; service workers, health facility security officer and duty officer.
  • Sağlık tesisimizde enfeksiyon riski ve çocukların olumsuz olarak etkilenmemesi için 12 yaşın altındaki çocukların hasta ziyaretinde bulunmamaları gerekmektedir.
  • Children under the age of 12 should not visit patients in our health facility in order to prevent infection risk and to adversely affect children.
  • Visitors must wear their badges.
  • Nothing should be eaten or drunk at the bedside, and no food should be given to other patients staying in the same room, and food should not be brought to the service.
  • In order to prevent infection risk, visitors should not use the belongings of the patient or sit in patient beds.
  • Patients' rooms, such as toilets, showers, towels, cups, etc. should not be used in patient rooms.
  • In order to meet the toilet and washbasin needs of the patient visitors, the public toilets and sinks in the services should be used.
  • Wash hands before and after visits.
  • During the treatment and examination of our patients, visitors are expected to leave the room and pay attention to patient privacy.
  • Hastalarımızın ziyareti tıbbi nedenlerle hekimi tarafından yasaklandıysa ziyaret konusunda ısrar edilmemesi gerekmektedir.
  • If the visit of our patients is prohibited by the physician for medical reasons, the visit should not be insisted.
  • It is strictly forbidden for our visitors to smoke inside the health facility indoors.
  • No noise should be made or loudly spoken during the patient visit.
  • Medical devices of patients should not be touched.
  • In the presence of infectious diseases such as colds and colds, patient visits are inconvenient.
  • You can leave your comments and suggestions about the health facility in the "Wish-Complaint" boxes in order to provide better service to patients and their relatives.
  • At the end of the visit, patient rooms should be left without waiting for the warnings of the staff.
